Eagles

This was not such a good weekend for a healthy lifestyle. I started off Saturday with my 3 mile walk followed by lunch on Saturday at Hu-Hot in Cedar Rapids. ( if you haven't tried it, you should) then on to supper at The Hawkeye with some friends, followed by a Luau party with Pina Coladas and an after hours biscuit and gravy. Hmmm, I see a lot of calories there and the mall walking and dancing just didn't burn them all! Now it's time to get back to the real world.
I did spot some the motherload of Eagles early in the morning on Saturday. They were feeding near a hog farm.




Update on the Hula-Hoop from the last post. I'm getting the hang of it a little better. If you remember from my video, I told you that it was painful and I was going to look like a beaten person. Well, I do and here's what I'm talking about.......
